This week I was extremely successful in the game. I still stuck with the same companies including: TVIX, JNUG, EOG. I gained more confidence this week and invested more shares at a time into each stock. In one of my gold stocks I invested about 30,000 shares and put in a stop-loss order (which I learned this week and came in handy)once the stocked dropped 10 cents and made a lot of money off that. I did that with a few of the other ones to and they were all successful. One of the biggest surprises I had this week was when I short sold RIG, an oil drilling company.
I watched this stock rise and rise for a couple of days when I decided to short sell it thinking it may drop soon because it was so high. Next thing I know, later in the day the company was being investigated for corruption and fraud which dropped the share price drastically and I covered it immediately.

So far, I have made a lot of trades, good and bad, that taught me new things. At first i was experimenting with random stocks that were cheap. I made little to no gain on these stocks because they didn't move around a lot. I tried investing in some mainstream companies like Adidas and Google but the rewards didn't get me anywhere or they even lost me money. I started doing some research on stocks that were cheap/high risk to make quick money. I started investing in a shares company, gold company, and a casino company. At first I didn't really know when to buy and sell these stocks but as i watched how they moved throughout the day I began to pick up their patterns.
Occasionally Ill find some new stocks and invest in them too but I like to stick to whats working right now as they make me the most money right now. I usually buy at the beginning of the day when they are the cheapest and sell in the afternoon around 11am-12pm as they all reach their daily high. Just recently I learned about short selling a stock and then covering it. When I know my stock is at its peak Ill short sell it and cover it when I see a big drop. It's nail biting sometimes but I'm enjoying the game. I try to remember that patience is key. Obviously investing in high risk stocks can be tricky but as I've learned so far, high risk equals high rewards.
